Spending on subscriptions up in top 3 metros, 18% in Delhi, 11% in Bangalore and 8% in Mumbai during the lockdown despite a drop in spending on entertainment subscriptions. Overall, card spending by credit card users in the three cities fell as much as 51% percent from March to April.In March, all three cities saw increased spending on grocery, utilities, medical and fuel as consumers stocked up ahead of the shutdown.
