Facebook Begins Rolling Out New Dashboards Tracking Time Spent in App

Facebook's latest update gives users a way to track the amount of time spent on the app. It would be a part of the dashboard where the users can see 'time spent' and set prompts to limit their use. The new dashboard is available within the functions listing, and through it, users can set daily reminders, and change settings to make better use time. This Facebook dashboard App update is a part of part of the broader 'digital wellbeing' push within tech circles that's been initiated in response to reports about the negatives of overuse of digital platforms.
