Even though children’s videos will still have ads based on post’s content or other information, YouTube has told creators to expect less revenue without targeted ads based on personal data.The company is making the move to comply with new federal privacy standards, and a failure to properly designate videos could lead to Federal Trade Commission fines for creators.
