Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase / subscription. All sales are considered final. Orders once placed / once registered for the class, the same cannot be cancelled for any reason and there shall be no refund , except if:

a) BCWW is unable to render the service or conduct with the live session / class for the reasons attributed to BCWW or due to any Force Majeure Event.

b) Due to technical error at the end of BCWW, subscribers are unable to access the live class.

c) If there is delay of more than 5 hours from the scheduled time at the end of BCWW to deliver the service or conduct a session.

BCWW shall not unilaterally cancel the entire course. However, in the event if it is not possible to conduct the course, BCWW shall notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. In such cases, the course will be cancelled, and the fees will be refunded to you within 5-7 working days after the cancellation is duly processed by BCWW.
