Hypercity wanted to thank its regular customers and reward them for their brand loyalty. We decided to up the ante by surprising them! The result was HyperLove – an initiative to show the brands customers some love by giving them gifts customised to their personalities. We did a bit of social media research, found the twitter bios of some of our loyal customers and created the perfect customised gift hamper for them – a Harry Potter freak received the entire set of Harry Potter books, a movie lover got a set of her favourite movies and more.
